Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the FieldSafety iPhone application. By downloading or using FieldSafety, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FieldSafety provides tools for Health & Safety inspections, findings, corrective actions and PDF report generation. It is intended for professional use and does not replace legal advice, competent person judgement, or statutory obligations.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms and Apple’s App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FieldSafety on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Subscriptions
- FieldSafety may offer a free allowance (currently one user-created report).
- Additional use may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (product ID:
fieldsafety.monthly). - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Prices are shown by the App Store for your region.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for how reports are used. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store content you do not have rights to process.
5. No warranty
FieldSafety is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that reports will meet every regulatory requirement for every site.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including reliance on generated reports. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or applicable UK law.
7. Privacy
Your use of FieldSafety is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
